Dr. Barbara Boyce, past Chair of the Healthy Foods for Healthy Kids (HFHK) Board, coordinates a partnership with the North Star Elementary School. However, due to the pandemic, the program was not carried out in the Spring.

The program is up in the air for next year as students may not be learning in their schools. However, students have looked forward to learning about gardening every Spring.
