Challenge Plant: In September 2019, we were given the Savia rosmaripus as a challenge plant. At our June picnic, the word was out! There were a host of issues – Fungus appeared on many of our plants and some of us had environmental conditions – too warm or too cool that may have impacted the growth.

Pat shared a lovely perennial Gladiolus “boone” in bloom from a bulb she purchased at UD in August. It’s tender so it must be overwintered inside.

Many other members have shared interesting plants throughout the year.
