With Patti’s unique garden crafting, club members sold items to other clubs at the first DFGC Event of the year. Our Bee Houses were a hit.  It was an opportunity to further educate the other clubs about bees and their pollinating habits. Patti McCarter keeps our garden closet stocked with items made at her workshops to sell not only at the DFGC events pictured below but at a local Farmers Market, and other club events.

Money raised from sale of the houses and other garden related crafts will be targeted for the education of children and the community in horticulture, community activities, club enrichment and support of the President’s projects. And we have these garden crafts in our own homes, too!
