Program: Today there will be a presentation by Linda Phillips Stellar (3rd generation Phillips). Join us for a tour of a 4th generation mushroom farm growing exhibit and restored 1828 family farmhouse. Here we will learn about the eight varieties of culinary mushrooms – how they grow, how to prepare and cook with them and their nutritional and medicinal properties. While touring through the house and store we will be able to enjoy a sample of something mushroom and pick up delicious mushroom recipes. Yum!
